Please keep in mind that this is a one-person operation, and we will do everything we can to fulfill orders, offer customer service, answer correspondence, and resolve issues as quickly and smoothly as possible. Thank you for your patience and understanding, and for supporting a small business!


✦ When will packages be shipped?

Packages will usually be shipped 1-5 days after an order has been placed. I currently do not have a strict schedule for packing or mailing orders, but I will aim to do so on Mondays and Thursdays/Fridays. 

✦ How long will shipping take?

All shop orders are mailed through USPS. Once packages are out of my hands, I no longer have control over shipping, so please be patient while awaiting your package! 


- US shipping:
1-2 weeks, non-continental up to 5 weeks

- Everywhere else: 1-6 weeks

I currently offer domestic US shipping, and international shipping to Europe (EU and non-EU), Canada, and Central America. If current shipping laws prevent us from shipping an order to your country, we will provide you with a full refund for your order. To help us mitigate this issue, it is encouraged for you to research if your country is currently accepting packages from the United States.

Tracking is included in all shipping options, which will provide you with a more accurate shipping time frame. We do not offer untracked / letter mail shipping at this time.

✦ How much does shipping cost?

All shipping is offered at a flat-rate per region. US shipping is $4.40 USD, while international shipping ranges from $17-$21.50 USD. You can find the exact shipping cost for your address at checkout.

We collect sales tax from the countries that we sell to, but are not registered to deal with VAT or similar fees. Customers outside of the United States may be responsible for paying additional fees upon arrival/delivery of your package - international shipping is at your own risk.

 

✦ What will items be shipped in?

All flat items such as stickers and prints are mailed with rigid mailers to prevent bending or damage to your products.

We take precautions to prevent allergens from getting on merch / in your package and to keep all items and packaging and shipping supplies clean and sanitary. However, we can’t guarantee that your package will be completely free of animal fur/dander, dust, pollen, or other germs! By purchasing from our shop, you are stating that you are aware of and okay with the risk of allergens and germs.

 

✦ What is your return and refund policy?

Every sale is final, unless your items are damaged or missing, or are different from what you ordered. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any products at this time. Please see below for more details on issues with your order.

 

✦ The address for my order is wrong.

If you realize that you provided us with an incorrect address at checkout, please reach out to us immediately, and we’ll make that correction ASAP! If we have already shipped your order, we can ship it again to you for the additional shipping cost provided it is returned to us in good condition (which may take a while), or can provide a partial refund for the products. If your package is not returned to us, then we cannot issue a refund.

If we made an error with your order’s address or items, we will ship you a replacement for your order free of charge.

 

✦ I’d like to cancel my order.

If you would like to cancel your order, please reach out to us immediately via the store or our email - sometimes, orders are packaged same-day or the next day, in which case we may not be able to provide a full refund if we have already paid for shipping costs or have mailed your package. In most cases, we will be able to provide a full refund.

 

✦ My package is delayed / missing!

The shipping time estimations should cover most delivery times including for delayed packages, however if you have not received your package in these timeframes, we ask that you be willing to wait another few days for your package to be delivered, or to check around your property or with family members/housemates/neighbors. Sometimes, USPS prematurely marks packages as having been delivered before they actually get to you!

Please contact USPS in the case that your package is missing or delayed, as it is out of our hands once shipped: Here is USPS's page on contacting them regarding missing or delayed mail. We do not usually offer refunds for issues that USPS is responsible for.

 

✦ My order is damaged or wrong!

We take utmost care in fulfilling and packaging our orders so that they arrive to you safely, and take full responsibility for any products damaged in transit as well as any missing or incorrect items. While we do not accept returns for wrong items, we will ship you replacements for missing or damaged items if you reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your package, and provide us with your name and order number, and photo evidence of the damaged item.

 

✦ Who makes your products?

We use manufacturers to create our products. We pre-purchase items in-bulk before listing them for sale to be packaged and shipped to you! We order from stickerapp for all sticker products (the only exception being sticker sheets which were manufactured with Sticker Mule) and Vistaprint for art prints, bookmarks, postcards and business cards.
